What is Vote by Mail?

Applying to vote by mail is an application that any citizen of Utah can fill out to receive their ballot by the mail, to their home, instead of voting in person on election day. Ballot's are typically received three to four weeks in advance of an election. If a person forgets or does not fill out their ballot they can still vote on election day by taking their ballot envelope to their voting precinct. It is the right of any citizen of Utah (should they choose) to receive a ballot by mail for any reason.
