Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. An individual or non-multicandidate committee can contribute $2,400 per election. A multicandidate PAC can contribute $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals, and government contractors are not accepted. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
